Jacksonville Ash Sites

Street maps of Contamination

These images are based on studies conducted during the Summer and Fall 2000 Remedial Investigation (RI) for the Jacksonville Ash Superfund Sites, Jacksonville Florida. Data was provided on  CD-ROMs titled "Jax Ash database Forest Street, Lonnie Miller, 5th and Cleveland" dated 9/22/2000 and "Jaxash Draft RI Arcview" undated. For soil Lead estimations the value of greater than 300 parts-per-million (ppm) or greater was used as the best approximation of Lead analysis by XRF detection. For Arsenic either greater than 800 parts-per-billion (ppb, also 0.8 ppm) was used as the current residential standard, or greater than 22 ppm as taken from the RI discussion. All data is considered to be preliminary findings subject to confirmation testing.
